LHV payment services are used for processing e-shop payments.

The accommodation service provider is Lahepere Kodumajutus OÜ.
The Edhotels/BOUK booking platform is used to manage accommodation bookings and Maksekeskus is used to process accommodation payments.
Information provided during the booking process is used to provide accommodation services, process payments, communicate with guests and provide arrival and stay information.
BOUK/Edhotels and Maksekeskus may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- MARKETING AND INFORMATION ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS
Lahepere Gourmet may use the email address of an existing customer to send information about similar Lahepere products, new products and offers where the contact details were obtained in connection with a previous purchase and the customer was given a clear and simple opportunity to object to such use.
Every marketing email includes a simple and free way to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.
Where a person is not an existing customer, or where contact details are intended to be used for other marketing purposes, separate consent will be requested where required.
Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect existing orders, accommodation bookings or the use of other Lahepere Villa services.

TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use and Sale apply to the use of the Lahepere Villa website, e-shop and accommodation services.
The e-shop products and accommodation services available through the website may be provided by different sellers or service providers, as described below.
- LAHEPERE GOURMET E-SHOP

- PLACING AN E-SHOP ORDER
To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart and provide the information required to complete the order.
Before confirming the order, the total order value and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed.
The order becomes binding after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully completed.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
- E-SHOP PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros.
Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website.
The payment recipient is Helen Vihtol and LHV payment services are used for processing the payment.
If an obvious technical error occurs in a displayed price or product information, the seller may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
- DELIVERY
Orders are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer.
The available delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
If the delivery time for a particular product differs from the usual delivery time, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by a delivery service provider, but will assist the customer where reasonably possible.
- RETURNS
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where an exemption provided by law applies.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, among other things, to:
• goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• products made or personalised according to the customer's specifications;
• opened products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Returned products must be unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Maksekeskus is used for processing accommodation payments.
- ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Accommodation prices depend on the selected dates, season, mini villa and rate type.
The applicable price is always displayed in the booking system before the booking is confirmed.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required booking steps have been completed and the required payment or booking confirmation has been received.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is correct.
- CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
The standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to many online purchases does not apply to accommodation services booked for specific dates.
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
The applicable payment and cancellation conditions are shown to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for reviewing these conditions before completing the booking.
- BASIC RULES FOR USING THE MINI VILLAS
The mini villas are primarily designed for 2 adults.
Mini Villa Mets and Mini Villa Rand can accommodate one additional child or teenager aged 7–16.
The mini villas are not suitable for children under the age of 7.
Due to their architectural layout, the mini villas are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
Pets are not permitted.
The mini villas, the Lahepere Villa property and the surrounding woodland area are 100% smoke- and vape-free.
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
The accommodation is intended for peaceful stays. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
The customer is responsible for damage caused to the property by the customer or any accompanying guest.
- SAUNA
The mini villa accommodation price includes 2 hours of sauna unless otherwise stated during booking.
A sauna time can be selected from the available add-on services during the booking process.
The sauna is available exclusively to Lahepere Villa accommodation guests.
Guests must follow the sauna safety and usage information provided on site.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Exact check-in and check-out times and arrival instructions are provided in the booking confirmation or before arrival.
Guests must vacate the accommodation by the agreed check-out time.
- LIABILITY
Lahepere Villa is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings except where liability arises under applicable law.
The service provider is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control but will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any resulting problems.
- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We will first attempt to resolve complaints by agreement.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Lahepere Villa reserves the right to update these Terms of Use and Sale.
Orders and bookings are governed by the terms that were in force at the time the relevant order or booking was made.
