Lahepere Villa has three distinctive mini villas – Mets, Meri and Rand – designed primarily for a peaceful stay for two.
The mini villas are located in Kloogaranna, next to our home among the trees and close to the road, around 35 minutes from Tallinn. Kloogaranna beach and the sea are within walking distance.
Each mini villa has its own entrance, private terrace and parking space. Two hours of sauna are included in the accommodation price.

10% higher and may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After this deadline, the booking is non-refundable.

All three villas offer the same Lahepere comforts, but each has its own character.
METS
Bright and closest to parking
Mets is the closest of the three mini villas to the parking area. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and the villa has its own private terrace.
Additional sleeping space is available for one child or teenager aged 7–16.

The largest terrace
Meri is the middle of the three villas and has the largest terrace. Its entrance is located behind the building and the living area is slightly more compact than in the other mini villas.

Elevated terrace and evening sun
Rand is the furthest of the three mini villas from the parking area. Its elevated terrace is a pleasant place to enjoy the evening sun and sunset.
Rand has a lower-ceiling sleeping area and additional sleeping space for one child or teenager aged 7–16.

A peaceful stay, primarily for two
Lahepere mini villas are intended primarily for two adults. Mets and Rand can additionally accommodate one child or teenager aged 7–16.
Due to the architecture of the mini villas, the accommodation is not suitable for children under 7 years of age or for guests with mobility impairments.

Close to the sea, honestly and simply
The mini villas are located next to our home, among the trees and close to the road. This is not an isolated forest retreat and a sea view is not guaranteed.
Kloogaranna beach and the sea are within walking distance. The beach area can be livelier in summer, while mornings, evenings and the quieter seasons generally offer a calmer atmosphere.
