New menu from 24th of April

Chef Sander Kaios new menu:

Starter: Wild garlic, ricotta, walnut – Hamachi, mango, radish
Main course: Welsh lamb, leek, bimi
Dessert: Spruce shoots, peach, birch syrup

The dinner price is €80, which includes house bread, water, tea, and coffee.
