Chef Sander Kaio starts

First menu of Chef Sander Kaio awaits You in Ocober

Chef Sander Kaio’s menu is here, and oh, how long we’ve had to wait for roe deer! Fortunately, Sander’s hunter friends have done well, and this wonderful ingredient is available at Lahepere in October:

  1. Starter: Jerusalem artichoke, buckwheat, and endive.
  2. Starter: Hamachi, zucchini, citrus vinaigrette, coriander.
  3. Main Course: roe deer, plum, celeriac, kale, and crème de volaille sauce.
  4. Dessert: Pumpkin, white chocolate, and pumpkin seed oil.

The price for the menu is 75 euros, which also includes house bread, water, and coffee.
In October, we are open from Thursday to Saturday, and for private events, also on Wednesdays, only by pre-booking. The menu will be available until October 26th!

Unfortunately, we cannot take reservations by phone, and any information about allergies, plant-based alternatives, or children's dishes should be sent with the booking.
