Before heading off on holiday, Chef Sander created a brand-new menu that we’ll continue with in July:

• Tomato, nectarine, pesto, tomami, stracciatella
• Smoked duck, celeriac, chanterelles

Main Course:
• Pike-perch, mole, greens, and brown butter with nuts

Dessert:
• Kefir mousse with sorrel, strawberry, meringue, wild strawberry sorbet
